This High-low dress is to die for. It is by Rails Frida @nordstrom.  It has a ruffled trim and partially lined. Delicate from looped buttons and drawstring waist to synch if you one desires to accentuate more. The shoes are by Open Edit Quincy. (jewelry is mine).
